White Fused Alumina

Description

White Fused Alumina is made from the Bayer Alumina by melting it above 2000 0c in an electric arc furnace. It is pure white in colour with the main crystal phase α-Al2O3. White fused Aluminium oxide produced in the tilting furnace has the advantage of high bulk density and low porosity, thus the volume stability and thermal shock resistance can be improved.

Applications

White fused alumina grains are especially designed for Blasting of Stainless Steel and other steel surfaces for uniform surface finish. Also used in bonded / coated abrasives, Refractories, Body and Vehicle Armor Blasting , Polishing, Lapping, Anti-Slip, Laminates Coatings and Filtration

Packing

In 25kg plastic woven bags; In 1000kg big bags, 40 x 25kg plastic woven bags into one big bags, 40 x 25kg plastic woven bags on pallets, 40 x 25kg paper bags on pallets, According to client’s requirement.
